This Cookies Notice (the “Notice”) explains how BridgeBio Pharma, Inc., a company with its registered office at 3160 Porter Drive, Suite 250, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, as well as its affiliates and subsidiaries that link to this Notice (collectively referred to herein as “BridgeBio”, “we,” “our,” or “us”), and our service providers use cookies and other similar tracking technologies (including web beacons, pixels, etc.) to recognize you when you visit our websites that link to this Notice (the “Sites”). It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights with regard to our use of them.

This Notice only relates to BridgeBio Sites and does not apply to any third-party websites, which may be linked to our Sites. Furthermore, BridgeBio is not responsible for the cookie practices of any third-party websites. Once you leave a BridgeBio Site, we have no control over the use of cookies on any other third-party websites, even if these third-party websites are linked to our Site. 1. What are Cookies and other tracking technologies?

Our Websites process certain types of personal data automatically when you access and use our Websites and interact with some of the emails that we may send you through the use of cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies (collectively “Cookies”):

We do not control these opt-out links or whether any company chooses to participate in these opt-out programs. The opt-outs described at the links above are device- and browserspecific and may not work on all devices. If you clear Cookies on your device or in your browser, you will have to go through the process of opting out again. If you choose to use any of these opt-out tools, this does not mean you will cease to see advertising. Rather, the ads you see will just not be based on your interests.

 

5. Duration of storage of Cookies on your device

The duration of storage of Cookies on your device may vary, depending on the category to which they belong: temporary or persistent. Temporary Cookies typically last only during a particular browsing session. In contrast, persistent Cookies allow us to understand your use of our Sites over time to provide customization, and they survive after your browser is closed, for periods typically anywhere between 24 hours and 12 months.
